PAYMENTS

 

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments can be processed electronically using a debit/credit card, PayPal, and Sezzle. 

 

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

 

Currently, shipping is only available in the US. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been picked up by USPS, please allow 5-7 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. Due to COVID-19, there may delays beyond our control so we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carrier’s network.

 

Electronic signatures are required for hair extension orders through USPS.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

 

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of HAIR EXTENSIONS that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered within 14 days of the date you received the hair extensions.  All WIG sales are final.

If we made an error with your order, we’ll get it corrected for you. Please email us at kkollectionvirginhair@yahoo.com. We will reply within 24-48 hours of your request email.

 

 

To request an exchange, you must contact us first at kkollectionvirginhair@yahoo.com within a 14 day exchange period. All Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will reply within 24-48 hours from the time of your exchange request email.
